2019-20: Did not compete.

2018-19: Competed in the 15K Classic race at the NCAA Championships, posting a time of 52:20.5. Took 34^th in the 5K freestyle at the NCAA Championships. Named First Team All-CCSA. All-Region A-Team. Took 2^nd in the 5K freestyle at the NCAA Regional. Time in at 34:30.90 at the U.S. Nationals in the 10K classic.

2017-18: Competed at the CCSA Championships finishing third in the 15K freestyle with a time of 45:08.40. Also competed in the 5K classic race at the event, placing fifth. Earned a pair of top-10 finishes at the MTU CCSA races, placing fifth in the 15K freestyle race and sixth in the 5K classic race. Named first-team All-CCSA at the conclusion of the season.

Before NMU: Competed at the University of New Mexico for the 2016-17 season. Prior to that, skied for Troesken IL. Ensrud finished 11th at the 2015 Skarverennet and recorded one of her best finishes at the 2016 Norwegian Junior Championship in Beitostoelen, Norway.

Personal: Daughter of Eli and Erland. Majoring in Biochemistry.
