Biography

2015-16: Won two events and placed in the top five in four more over the course of the season. An all-CCSA first team selection, was the top Northern Michigan finisher in the 5K freestyle (16th, 13:38.4) and the second Wildcat to cross the line in the 15K classic (18th, 56:34.3) at the NCAA National Championships. Also represented the U.S. at the World U-23 Championships Feb. 18-29. Named team's MVP and Northern Michigan's female Gildo Canale Outstanding Senior award recipient.

2014-15: Placed 13th in the 15K classic (49:43.7) and 16th in the 5K freestyle (15:19.1) at the NCAA National Championships. Named team's Scholar Athlete of the Year.

2013-14: Finished second in the 5k freestyle at the Mt. Itasca Distance, clocking in at 15:19.6.

2012-13: Redshirted. 

2011-12: Lettered for the first time. Placed 16th in the 10k classic at the USA Opener at Michigan Tech. Finished fifth at the CCSA Championship in the 3x5k freestyle relay with teammates Libby Ellis and Rosie Frankowski.

High School: Lettered four years and was team captain in 2011 under Mary Eleronta at Waukesha West High School. Was a member of the 2011 Midwest Junior Olympic Team. Also competed in cross country and track field.

Personal: Majoring in elementary education/social studies. Daughter of George and Cathy. Born on June 3, 1993.
