Biography
2016-17: Arakelian swam in the meet against UWSP taking two first place victories. She took the 200-yard backstroke (2:14.90) and the 200-yard IM (2:13.63).
2015-16: Was a member of the 800 freestyle relay team that finished third at the GLIAC Championships (7:40.55). Competed on the 200 medley relay team that finished third at the Calvin College Invite (1:45.21). Won the 200 freestyle against Saginaw Valley State (1:58.70).
Before NMU: Earned team's MVP award. Member of the 200-meter freestyle relay that set a conference record.
Personal: Daughter of Mike and Carol Arkakelian. Majoring in sports science with a minor in biology.
