2021-22: Indoor - Ran the 3,000m race in a time of 10:10.76 at the GLIAC Championships for a personal best mark and a sixth place finish. Helped the Wildcats distance medley relay team take second place at the Jet's Pizza Invite. 

Outdoor - Set a personal record in the 3,000m steeplechase at the GLIAC Championships with a time of 11:09.99, making for a top-5 finish. Won the 3,000m steeplechase at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative Meet. Placed third in the 5,000m race at the SNC Twilight Meet with a time of 18:41.67. 

2020-21: Indoor - Ran in five meets for the Wildcats. Dominated the SVSU Tune-up Meet, where she finished first in the mile with a personal record time of 5:09.62 and also claimed first in the 800m race with a time of 2:22.45. Found a pair of wins at the Jet's Pizza Invite, winning the mile race at 5:27.27 and helping NMU finish first in the distance medley relay at 13:27.09. Ran in the mile, the 3,000m race, and the distance medley relay at the GLIAC Championships. 

Outdoor - Competed at four meets for NMU. Set a personal mark in the 5,000m event at the GINA Relays with a time of 18:05.70. Finished in sixth place in the 3,000m steeplechase at the GLIAC Championships with a time of 11:34.27. Won the 3,000m steeplechase at the 2021 Big Blue Alumni Invite (11:42.70) and took second in the event at the Hillsdale Invite (11:32.92). 

2019-20: Indoor - Ran at six meets for the Green and Gold. Ran her career mark in the 800m at the UW Oshkosh Titan Challenge, finishing at 2:22.12. Finished eighth in the mile at the GLIAC Championships (5:10.29). 

Outdoor - No Season Due to COVID-19

2018-19: Indoor - Ran at five meets with a focus in the mile. At 5:18.22, took 11th at the GLIAC Championships. Finished first in the mile at the Pointer Invite with a time of 5:16.57. 

Outdoor - Competed at four meets including the GLIAC Championships, where she finished 16th in the 1,500m race. In the same event at the St. Norbert Invite, set a personal record time of 4:58.20. 

2017-18: Indoor – Appeared in the mile on five occasions and ran in the 3,000-meters three times during the indoor season. Earned a victory in the mile at the Pointer Invite with a time of 5:25.36, her season best. Recorded a top-time of 11:07.56 in the 3,000-meter run at the SVSU “Jet’s Pizza” Invite.

Outdoor – Ran in the 1,500-meters twice during the outdoor season, earning a top time of 5:12.35 at the Spartan Invite. Also competed once in the 5,000-meters, finishing in 19:29.02 at the GVSU Al Owens Classic.

Before NMU: Led her team as a captain for two years. Received the All-Conference Award as well as Academic All-State Award her senior year.

Personal: Daughter of Betsy and Jesse. Majoring in Spanish and International Studies.
