Biography
2021-22: Indoor - Took fifth place in the pentathlon at the GLIAC Championships. Finished second in the 60m hurdles at the Oshkosh Early Bird Invite with a time of 9.38. Posted a career best mark of 9.97m in the triple jump at the GLIAC Championships.
Outdoor - Finished third in the heptathlon at the GLIAC Championships. Took second in the 100m hurdles in the first outdoor meet of the season while also being on the 4x400 relay team that took second.
2020-21: Indoor - Finished fifth in the pentathlon at the GLIAC Championships. Reached a career best 1.49m in the high jump at the W-C-W Meet, yielding a second place finish. Hit a career best 10.64m in the shot put at the SVSU Tune-up Meet.
Outdoor - Claimed second place in the heptathlon at the GLIAC Championships. Took third place in the 100m hurdles at the 2021 Big Blue Alumni Invite, crossing at 15.60.
2019-20: Indoor - Placed third in the pentathlon at the GLIAC Championships for a podium finish. Took third place at the UW Oshkosh Titan Challenge in the 60m hurdles while placing second in the event at the Big Dawg Invitational.
Outdoor - No Season Due to COVID-19
2018-19: Indoor - Finished third in the Pentathlon at the GLIAC Championships, where she won the long jump portion. Took first in the 60m Hurdles at the Pointer Invite and third in the event at the Jets Pizza Invite. In the season’s first meet, captured second in the 60m Hurdle and third in the Long Jump at the Opener. Season-best long jump of 16’10.5 at the Titan Challenge.
Outdoor - Won the heptathlon at the GLIAC Championships. Took first in the 100-meter hurdles, long jump and javelin on her way to 4,520 points. Also placed fourth in the 100 hurdles with a time of 14.58.
2017-18: Indoor – Augsten excelled in the 60-meter hurdles during her freshman year, breaking the school record at the GLIAC Championships. Her time of 8.91 seconds was sixth-best at the meet. Augsten earned a victory in the event at the Pointer Invitational with a time of nine seconds. Also competed in the 800-meters, long jump, and high jump during the season.
Outdoor – Augsten broke the school record in the 100-meter hurdles at the GLIAC Championships with a time of 14.47 seconds. She also competed in the heptathlon at the conference meet, totaling 4338 points which are the fourth-most in program history. At the St. Norbert Twilight meet, Augsten won the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.19 seconds while also recording a season-best mark of 4’09.00”.
Before NMU: Placed 2nd in the Baden-Wt-Hemberg State Championships
