Biography
2017-18: Indoor – Earned all-region and All-GLIAC honors in the high jump with a top mark of 5’6.00” at the GLIAC Championships. The mark was good enough for second-place at the meet, while Juergen earned four individual victories in the high jump over the course of the season. Improved her career-best in the long jump with distance of 18’01.00 at the GLIAC Championships. The mark is third-best in NMU history. Also competed once in the 60-meter hurdles, finishing in 9.62 seconds at the SVSU “Jet’s Pizza” Invite. Named to GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.
Outdoor – Earned third-team All-GLIAC honors in the high jump after a third-place finish and a height of 5’04.50” at the conference meet. Juergen won the high jump at the GVSU Al Owens Classic with a mark of 5’04.25”. She also competed twice in the long jump with a top distance of 17’11.75” also at the GLIAC Championships. Named to GLIAC All-Academic Excellence Team.
2016-17: Indoor - Finished first in the high jump to begin the year at the the Opener with a career-best mark of 5 feet, 7 inches. Also finished third in the event at the GLIAC Championships.
Outdoor - Earned four victories in the high jump during the spring, along with a runner-up performance. Placed fourth in the high jump at the GLIAC Championships, while also placing eighth in the long jump.
2015-16: Indoor - Finished 6th with 3,287 points in the pentathlon at the GLIAC Championship.
Outdoor - Finished 7th with 4,083 points in the hepathlon at the GLIAC Championship. Finished first at the Rex Foster Invite in the 100-meter hurdles (14.85) and in the high jump (5-06.50).
