2014-15 Women's Swimming and Diving
Biography
2013-14: Named the team's MVP at the end of the season after competitng at the NCAA Championships for the 50 freestyle, 100 fly, 100 freestyle and 400 freestyle relay. Was named an All-American for 50 and 100 free along with the 100 fly. She also set NMU Records in the 50 (23.15) and 100 freestyle (50.15). Was also a part of the 200-yard medley team that set an NMU record for their time of 1:44.64. Was also named an NMU Athlete of the Year.
2012-13: Placed first in the 200-yard backstroke against Hillsdale (Oct. 12-13). Finished second in the 200 individual medley, first in the 100 freestyle and member of the second place 200 and the first place 400 freestyle relay teams at the St. Cloud Invite (Oct. 19-20). Against UW-Eau Claire (Nov. 3), placed first in the 200 freestyle relay and the 100 butterfly. A part of the 400 medley and 400 and 800 freestyle relay teams, placing second at the Border Battle Invite (Nov. 9-10). 800 freestyle relay team placed fifth at the Calvin Invite (Nov. 29-Dec. 1), finished third in the 50 freestyle and fourth in the 200 IM. At the GLIAC Championships (Feb. 6-9), member of the 800 and 400 relay squads placed fourth, 400 medley relay team also placed fourth, breaking a school required with a time of 3:49.01; finished fourth in the 200 IM and fourth in the 100 butterfly.
2011-12: Lettered for the first time. Named team MVP. Set a pool record in the 200 medley at St. Cloud/Minnesota-Moorhead with a time of 2:13.23. NMU record in the 100 medley at the NMU Intrasquad meet with a time of 39.26. Had five first place finishes at St. Cloud/Minnesota-Moorhead in the 100 and 200 freestyle, 200 freestyle relay and the 400 medley relay, also placed second in the 50 freestyle. Won the 200 medley (2:12.85) and the 100 breaststroke (1:08.33) and placed second in the 400 medley relay at Grand Valley. Finished second at Hillsdale in the 200 medley and the 200 freestyle relay. Had four wins at the UW-Oshkosh in the 100 and 200 backstroke, 100 butterfly and the 200 freestyle relay. At the GLIAC Championship, finished fifth in the 200 and 400 medley relays and the 400 freestyle relay, seventh in the 200 medley and 200 breaststroke and eighth in the 100 breaststroke.
High School: Swam at Pflugerville High School under Mark Stohrer. Swam for Texas Gold Swimming for 12 years under Aubrey Knapper.
