HOUGHTON, Mich. - Day one of the 2024 NCAA Central Regional Skiing Championship from Houghton wrapped up today.
Luke Fricker led the 'Cats, claiming silver in the 7.5km freestyle.
Fricker posted a time of 16:16.8 en route to silver, behind only Skylar Patten of Michigan Tech with a time of 15:47.7 on his home trails.
Kristoffer Karsrud was the next 'Cat to cross the line, finishing in sixth with his time of 16:54.8, followed by
Mathias Haugen in ninth with a time of 17:04.3.
Jonathan Clarke just missed out on a top-10 finish with his time of 17:15.7, followed by
Hendrik Peterson in 19th and
Cooper Lennox in 21st.
