BRILLION, Wisc. - The NMU men's nordic team wrapped up day one of the competition at the Ariens Invite.
Luke Fricker led the way for the 'Cats, claiming gold.
Fricker paced all skiers with his time of 20:10.5 after he posted a 5:08.7 in his third lap, the fastest among all skiers in lap three.
Mathias Haugen just missed out on a spot in the top three, finishing fourth with his time of 20:24.6. Haugen's second lap time of 5:05.7 was second-fastest among skiers in lap two.
Kristoffer Karsrud was next in ninth with his time of 20:57.9, followed by
Hendrik Peterson in 10th with a time of 21:05.4.
Jonathan Clarke was the next 'Cat with his time of 21:27.4, followed by
Cooper Lennox at 21:45.7 to round out the times for the 'Cats.
