A Trio of 'Cats Post Solid Times on Day One of US CXC National Championships

Lennox, Karsrud, and Clarke led the Wildcats on day one

MIDWAY, Utah. - The NMU men's nordic ski team wrapped up day one of competition from the United States Cross Country National Championships, with three Wildcats recording solid times.

Cooper Lennox led the way for the 'Cats, finishing 3rd among CCSA schools, 32nd among NCAA athletes, and 46th overall with his time of 26:12.5. This is the first podium finish of his career.

Kristoffer Karsrud finished fourth among CCSA schools, 39th among NCAA athletes, and 55th overall with his time of 26:29.5.

Jonathan Clarke finished fifth among CCSA schools, 40th among NCAA athletes, and 56th overall with his tome of 26:32.4.

Luke Fricker placed 86th overall, Mathias Haugen placed 97th overall, and Hendrik Peterson finished in 121st.
