2017-18: Indoor – Specialized in sprints making nine combined appearances in the 60 and 200-meter dashes. Ranks 10th in program history in the 60-meter dash after finishing in 7.98 seconds at the Opener in a third-place effort. Long recorded a season-best time in the 200-meters at the GLIAC Championships with a time of 26.01 seconds, the fourth best performances in NMU history. Named to GLIAC All-Academic Team.

Outdoor – Competed in both the 100 and 200-meter dashes during the outdoor campaign. Began the season with three-consecutive victories in the 100-meter dash before earning a season-best time of 12.52 seconds at the GVSU Al Owens Classic. Also earned victories in the first three meets of the year in the 200-meter dash, including a season-best time of 25.57 at the Golden Grizzlies Invite. Was a part of the 4x100-meter relay team at the GLIAC Championships that finished with a time of 47.54 seconds, third-fastest in school history. Named to GLIAC All-Academic Team.

2016-17: Indoor - Earned top-10 finsihes on five occasions during the indoor season, highlighted by a third-place finish in the 60-meter dash at the Opener. Set a career-best in the 60-meter dash in the preliminaries at the GLIAC Championships, finishing in 8.01 seconds. Also finished 18th in the 200-meters at the conference meet. 

Outdoor - Opened up the outdoor campaign with eight-consecutive top-five finishes, including a victory as a part of the 4x100-meter relay team at the Ferris State Bulldog Open. Finsihed as runner-up on two occasions at the St. Norbert Twillight. Placed 20th and 21st in the 100 and 200-meters at the GLIAC Championships. 

2015-16: Indoor - Ran at the GLIAC Championship and placed in 20th with her season-best time (26.241) in the 200-meter dash and placed 18th with her season-best time (8.02) in the 60-meter dash. Placed first in the 200-meter dash at the Lake Superior Challenge (26.53). At The Opener she recorded her longest jump of the season with a distance of 15-08.75.

Outdoor - At the GLIAC Championship, placed 15th in the 100-meter dash (12.33), 13th in the 200-meter dash (25.25) and placed 6th in the 4X100-meter relay (47.13), all season-best times.
