  • Three Named to IWLCA Honor Roll while NMU Lacrosse Named Academic Honor Squad

    GRAND LAKE, Colo. – The Northern Michigan University Wildcats saw three student-athletes get placed on the 2019 Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association Zag Sports Division II Academics Honor Roll while the team was named earned Academic Honor Squad status.

    LEBANON, Ill. – Northern Michigan University Lacrosse made their first appearance in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Tournament and scored the most goals against McKendree University in program history but fell 26-10 in the quarterfinals that featured a five hour delay and an additional 30 minute delay.

    MARQUETTE, Mich. – Northern Michigan University Lacrosse will advance to the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Conference playoffs after defeating Ashland University 24-6 in their final home game of the season. The 24 goals in the game for NMU are the most scored in NMU Lacrosse program history.
