2017-18: All-American and second place in the 200-yard backstroke, and Honorary All-American in the 100-yard backstroke at the NCAA Championship. Won the 200-yard backstroke and placed third in the 100-yard backstroke at the GLIAC Championships. Totaled 12 race victories throughout the season.

2016-17: Bundzis was a gold medalist at the GLIAC’s. Winning in the 200 bastroke with a time of 1:45.92.  He also took home a silver in the 400-yard Medley Relay with a time of 3:17.58

2015-16: Finished fourth in the 100 backstroke at the GLIAC Championships (49.38). Won the 200 backstroke at the Wisconsin-Green Bay meet (1:54.90). Set a School record in the 100 backstroke at the Calvin College Invite (48.69).

High School: Won a Latvian championship with club team. Was named club team's best swimmer.
