During his time at FSU, McDougall assisted in the development of two Preseason All-Americans, three All-GLIAC players and four All-GLIAC Honorable Mention selections. The Bulldogs won 28-straight regular season games on their way to back to back undefeated seasons and GLIAC Championships during the 2014 and 2015 seasons.
